This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using Imagine AI ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to follow this AUP. We may update this AUP at any time, and continued use means you accept the changes.
You may NOT use the Service to create, upload, share, or distribute:
NSFW and Sexually Explicit Content. Any Not Safe For Work (NSFW) content is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to: nudity, pornography, sexually explicit material, or any content designed to sexually arouse or gratify. This applies regardless of artistic style (realistic, illustrated, anime, or otherwise).
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Any content that exploits or endangers minors is strictly prohibited and will be reported to law enforcement.
Violent and Harmful Content. Content that depicts, promotes, or glorifies extreme violence, self-harm, suicide, torture, or cruelty.
Hate Speech and Harassment. Content that promotes hate, discrimination, harassment, bullying, or threats against individuals or groups.
Deepfakes and Deceptive Media. Face-swap images, synthetic media that impersonates real individuals without their consent, or content intended to deceive, defraud, or mislead.
Illegal Content. Any content that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Intellectual Property Violations. Content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

Your use of the Service is also subject to the acceptable use policies of our underlying AI model providers, including OpenAI, Replicate, and Fal.ai. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with their policies.
